Sept. 2025 Construction Update

The Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for Walton Field, with concessions equipment, shelving, and both home and visitor-side locker installations complete. Punch list corrections are nearly done, and HVAC test and balance is underway. The field house parking lot subgrade, electrical infrastructure, sidewalk work, entrance apron concrete pour, and bus barn restroom entrance concrete pour are all complete. Mow strip and fencing installations are in progress, while asphalt work for the field house and home-side parking lot is scheduled to begin soon. Bus barn priming is finished, with painting set to start shortly.
